OUTSIDE SPACE PARKING VIOLATION FEES & TOWING POLICY
In the event a tenant parks in the wrong space or if they park in their own space in a way that causes ANY of the spaces surrounding them to be inaccessible or unusable in any way, the following courses of action/consequences will apply:
| 1st Violation | Verbal Warning | The tenant will be required to come move/repark the vehicle within 24 HOURS from the time and date the violation was brought to our attention. If they do not do so or we are unable to get a hold of them by phone immediately, Emigrant Storage may then call a towing company to correct the problem at the expense of the tenant. |
IF THE TENANT CANNOT COME REPARK THEIR VEHICLE IN THE REQUIRED TIMEFRAME AND WE HAVE TO CALL A TOW COMPANY TO DO THIS, THE TENANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THEM DOING SO |

| AFTER THE 3RD OCCURRENCE OF THIS PROBLEM, EMIGRANT STORAGE MAY ASK THE TENANT TO VACATE. | |||
In the event a tenant parks in their space but is obstructively crooked, hugging the lines that separate them from the spaces surrounding them or sticking out into the driveway, the following courses of action/consequences will apply:
| 1st Violation | Verbal Warning | The tenant will be required to come move/repark the vehicle within 7 DAYS from the time and date the violation was brought to our attention. If they do not do so or we are unable to get a hold of them by phone within 7 DAYS, Emigrant Storage may then call a towing company to correct the problem at the expense of the tenant. |

| Any tenant or their guests who are caught dumping trash in any dumpster on property and/or who are found to have left any items/trash outside of their unit or anywhere else on property will be subject to a trash violation fee plus the cost for the amount of trash they left as listed below. If any tenant or their guests are caught dumping prohibited trash items in any dumpster and/or who are found to have left any prohibited trash items in any dumpster or anywhere else on property, they will also be charged a prohibited trash item fee. Prohibited trash items may include, but are not limited to, the following: hazardous/flammable materials, liquids, wet or food trash, mattresses, tires, batteries, appliances | |||
